Do you pretreat

Yes always , jobs clean better an efficacy improves. If the job is a frequent maintenance may not require except on heavy traffic areas. Surface cleaners in initials always clean more effectively with a pretreatment.

If your not rinsing store fronts you will break glass !! FYI

Around here we have "Eco" driveways and sidewalks! lol So pretreatment is just about always mandatory because it's the only cost effective way to get the job done.

Exposed aggregate is the worst because Oregon moss clings to it for all it's worth. So a lot of times hot water washing and rinsing is also necessary.

There are different strains of moss around here and some are harder to kill than others. It can get really thick and unless it turns white instantly you're wasting your time because the mix isn't hot enough. Much of the time roof strength is necessary mix.

Pretreat everything. Saves me time, money and guarantees awesome results. What doesn't clean better with soap?

We pretreat always, and post treat as needed.

As I posted earlier, same here.

Here's a job we did early this week. 40+ year-old concrete.
