In the science part of the chemical application and the cells of the sub straight it's a crucial step.

Here's why, when using products like f9 if no pretreatment or clean is done you only stand to reduce the restoration process by 50% in some cases.

Stronger is not better as most contractors here think.

More damage is caused by long term use of excessive cleaning agents. I can show this and prove to investors.

My cleaning processes prolong the life of property's , the pre-treat safely loosens dirt that would have required more agrees ice technics. Thus causing excessive wear to the surface.

Pretty simple test two areas on initial next time in equal proportion. You will see for yoirself.

if you are pretreating around grass what are some of the steps you take to protect it? im assuming wet before and after, anything else?

it would seem that way i just like to know any steps i can take that i am not already. knock on wood i haven't burnt any plants doing house washes but im paranoid ill kill grass while rinsing.
