History. We must teach it to our kids.

Isn't congress elected by us? I think. Is there someone else electing these people to the offices they hold? Or is it the fact that people would rather not see some guy run into a movie theater with a whole bunch of guns, did they stage that? Did they stage VA tech, 9-11, columbine? How are we to be safe in houses, if the second we step out of them we are moving targets. I am pretty sure you cannot reach your legal gun before the carjacker, or crazy person blows you away. Or am I brainwashed? I do not like government, nor do I like radical anarchists.

Many of our laws do not come from congress. For example, we have voted YES in two election cycles to allow medical marijuana. The law states that medical marijuana becomes legal once we have voted for it twice. But the local police don't like it and have busted down every dispensary using every other law in the books, like zoning violations, hours of operation, proximity to some other business, etc. all the way down to "loitering" if customers have to wait outside. This is not the law. The law says it's legal, but the police will MAKE it illegal however they can. We, the voters, have spoken, but our word is not heard.

There are many other instances like this around the country on a daily basis. The majority of this country does not want taxpayer money spent on abortion. The majority does not want Obamacare. But we get THEIR agenda shoved down our throats.

And, What to VA Tech, 9-11, and Columbine all have in common? The killers disregarded any "laws" against what they were doing. See, a determined criminal doesn't give a crap about a 10 round magazine limit, or a "gun free" zone. Or the fact that it is already illegal to kill a pilot while he is flying a plane.

Years ago thousands of people legally flew with guns in their pockets on planes. Yet somehow miraculously planes didn't fall from the sky. People are more courteous when they are armed.

And I'm not advocating anarchy. Not yet. I'm advocating keeping our rights so that IF anarchy becomes the last resort, we haven't already lost before it starts.

I would rather follow the GUIDELINES set up through the constitution than trust any modern day polititian to bring us in the right direction. I dont believe the world is run by the Bilderburg group but it sure seems that it can head that way. Do the Banks run the world? i dont know about that but they sure do control the money.

Medical Marijuana is legal here in Maine. One nonprofit org controls 6 of the 8 dispensarys. something tells me that there is a profit there. The state did change the med mar law so a person does NOT have to register with the state. all that is needed is a doctors note. The state of Maine has no idea how many people have that note since they changed the law. they also allowed people to remove their names if they wanted to. ( so they say ).

25 years ago, we had Ronald Reagan, Johnny Cash, and Bob Hope. Today, we have Obama, no cash, and no hope.

Saw this and thought it was funny.

By the way I'm not advocating anyone smoking pot. I don't care if you do or not. It's really none of my business. I didn't particularly like smelling it everywhere we went in public in California, but I don't think any of my family developed instant cancer from smelling it. lol.

We stayed at a halfway decent Comfort Suites in LA. It was a two bedroom, full kitchen loft. Every night we smelled pot in the hallways. I asked the manager about it and he said he was told to leave them alone because they don't want to get sued for violating someones right to take their "medicine". However, it was posted no smoking for cigarettes.

What kind of nutcase world is this?

We smelled pot on the streets in almost every section of San Francisco, from Fisherman's wharf to Market Street. Yet one can't even go to a bar and smoke a cigar.

Crazy world turned upside down.

I shortened the ordering procedure for essays by using the internet. I selected a respectable website known for its expert writing services after doing extensive research. Ordering was simple because to the website sopservices.net's easy-to-use form for entering essay information. I ensured professional personal statement writers effective communication of my requirements and expectations by quickly defining the subject, word count, and deadline.
Crazy world turned upside down.
thanks for info

Hello. I was really hooked on this topic. I agree with you one hundred percent that you need to instill in your children a love of history and other subjects, of course. I will definitely raise my children this way. And I'm glad that there are so many opportunities now. For example, I turned to statement of purpose editing services For me personally, it’s not easy to put my thoughts on paper - it’s hard work. I was delighted when they offered me a discount on my first order. This was my first experience. Plus it's a positive experience. And what is most important for me is that they strictly control the quality of services and are ready to make every effort and make as many corrections as I need. Just great.
