how many employees do you have?

We now down to 7 crews, maybe all our guys are guying to work for Russ:D

You are not allowed to use "sissy" and "exhaust cleaner" in the same sentence, it is improper grammar, hillbilly or not.

Russ, I read in another thread that you now have four locations. You stated earlier in this thread that you are now up to ten employees, was this rapid growth spurred on because of a new commercial account or did you do some kind of mass marketing to kick things up a bit? It sounds like your doing very well and any tips you can share would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

yes and yes ,we targeted a lot of large accounts and received great results however the growth is not as large as it may appear we have someone employed locally in 4 areas in which they are in there own territory we generate the jobs and send out a schedule for them to follow and it requires a lot of follow up and travel on my part this constitutes a LARGE headache on my part seeing as how i run a crew in 2 locations

2 - Me & Nate

I do ALL of the office work from taxes to accounting, invoicing to new clients. I also do all of the woodcare, restoration and have been known to scrub a few trash trucks and degrease some dumpster pads.

Nate just sits in the truck and says "you missed a spot"

I also take care of my tornado (20 month old daughter) and Nathan works another Full Time job, in which he drives a Semi into the mountains everyday delivering freight ( basically everything that fedex or ups wont take, atvs, tv's, hazmat...blah blah blah.)
