I think I found the ANSWER BIDSLOT

I asked some questions last week to every customer that called in. I asked them how my "office staff" that answers the phone did. Were they courteous? Did they answer the phone in a timely fashion? Were they Rude or Hurried in any way??

Every single customer said they were extremely pleased and were very complimentary. The words "very Professional" were used by several. About 5 of them told me they were so glad that a live person answered and that they usually just hang up when they get a message recording and have to punch numbers to get a live person? Thanks April, for the continued GREAT service.

Very Cool thing happened yesterday....Rhonda, the lady that answers the phone for Answerworx had a customer call in wanting a quote for a house wash. She took the info and told the customer that I would get back to her as quick as I could. When I called him back, he told he not only needed a quote for the house wash, but also wanted a quote for the roof to be cleaned as well, as suggested by my "office manager" Rhonda. Gave him a price for both, and he bought both. Now I would have suggested this any way, but I thought it was so cool that my "office manager" opened the idea up to him.

I called April to make sure that Rhonda was not being pushy and throwing all kinds of services at customers that call in. We had a great conversation and she assured me they don't. She has her phone answer's study her clients web sites so that if they feel they can suggest something they will.

Chris, I let April know on a Friday the 22nd of Feb that I wanted to use her service, by Monday morning she had me my own 281 Local Houston area code phone # that I could forward any phone to. I am sure April will stop by and answer some of the other questions you have asked. I need to find out about the telemarketer one too. It would be cool if she has a way of "Blocking" those after they call the first time, so they can't keep calling, like the great folks at Remax that are working on a project and only need one pressure washing contractor...lol.

Doug, you couldn't be more correct. If I miss a call, many times I won't get the prospect's job as they found someone to give them an acceptable price quicker. Most times that I am on the job, I forward to my wife who collects the info and gets it to me on my first break. A prospect getting a live person seems to work much better than leaving a voice mail for me to call back at end of day.

Has anyone had any luck with Bid slot? I am trying it out and will post my opinion when where done.
