Interior Cleaning-The Joe Crowder Experience

I would have to say that I took the class in Tampa and everything that was said in class was the most basic stuff, although we where suppose to have the rest of te class online and am still waiting on that to happen! I sure hope that the online course in more detailed.

So do you need a refund, I said the class was not online. But because this was nce you are able to get a refund if your not satisfied.

This other class was not nce, we have nothing to do with it.

I will be calling all of joes student as a result of your post.

Ron,

Like I said on the previous post, I would like for the class to be completed online like Joe said in class. The only part that I have to say is that I want the class to be more serious. When someone would ask "How much pressure do you use cleaning tile and grout" Joes answer - "Don't clean the entire location and when finished look back and say G*d Da** I really screwed that tile up" I would have said - Start with low pressure like you are cleaning wood with heat and increase the pressure until you get the cleaning you are after!

However if the class is not able to be online then YES I would like to have a refund for the class. But if it is online I think that it needs to be more professional.

I will issue you a refund, the class was completed at the event. I had made that clear, but because Joe made promises we will refund your money.

What you saying is the class had no Value, if thats the Case very sorry. Call me Monday so I can talk with you and get address. Refund will be by check.

No, the class never did happen online and I never was contacted inregards to the class. Ron is going to issue a refund. Only thing that I can say is if you are interested in taking the class SAVE YOUR MONEY IT SUCKS, I can charge you half what he does and teach you more! The stuff that was in the class was the most basic things that anyone that does cleaning should know.

Dealing with this guy has been a total disaster . He takes no RESPONSIBILITY for his actions but will take your money and blame you for his failures or something other than the facts. In order to put on seminars and deal with your peers in any industry you must have INTEGRITY?

First thing you need to know is that you should have a INTERIOR specific insurance policy. If you look at your insurance for pressure washing no matter what the SIC code is interior pressure washing is strictly forbidden and must be underwritten on a seperate policy. We do KEC work, industrial food processing facilities and kitchen wash downs exclusively. If a claim is ever filed against a pressure washing only policy it will be denied.

I know personally of one example on the eastern shore of VA at Purdue chicken where a exterior pressure washing company from VA beach's GL policy and thier pressure washing policy were denied after a claim was made for damage to equipment in the plant. The insurance underwriters were very specific is stating that the interior pressure washing is FORBIDDEN and left the company to pay over 17K in electronics that were water damaged and they lost the contract as well for the line cleanings.

That is something good to know Alexy, thanks for mentioning that about the interior floor cleaning.

Still no complaints here, I now have 10 restaurants to clean the interiors and exteriors. I still get help from Joe whenever I need it, or call for something.

That's crap man, if you pay me $1,800 " Like Joe Charges" I can go in your area and get you accounts with restautants or other business. You said before that he got you the names of GM'S that you have not been able to get before. All you have to do is pick up a phone and call or better yet stop by and talk thats how you can get the peoples names. It's really not like Joe was a god send for you to get the names. As for the special cleaning chemical everyone should know what he uses "sodium hydroxide". There is nothing special about that! The fact is that you can't use sodium hydroxide on every surface as Joe has said in his class.

I want everyone to know what crap it is for someone to pay for a class while having a family to take care of with a child on the way just to thrown the money down the drain not learning anything from the class just leaving thinking how bad that was. I hope that his "course" can't be held at any other event or roundtable if this is what you get when you pay. The part is we where promised to have the course online and he never came through with it.

Matt set up some youtube videos and show us what we need to know.....

Lou,
I would like to make a youtube video down the road to help educate people on the proper ways to perform cleanings and have others put some ideas with it, since I don’t know everything in the world and who does we all can learn something all the time that will help our business grow larger, work faster, be more productive and make more money. As going through the class we were told that sodium hydroxide can be used on all interior cleanings when cleaning tile and grout. That would be the same thing as saying you can wash your colored cloths with bleach “and not the clorox 2”. The reason that I’m not able to perform this now is due to the fact that my wife and I are expecting our second child in the next several months and have to finish getting ready for our daughter.

You can go to youtube now and watch videos that people have uploaded and learn way more online then in Joes class.

I guess this is the "tale of two seminars". My 2 day'er was unorganized, unprepared, incomplete, no material, still no material, no answers to why no material still( i must of moved), no communication at all to John, no answers to our complaints. No apology( oh,it was our fault for not being smart enough), We can go to another one for free when ever that is ? But, But wait, we did learn about his big secret "DRAIN CLEANER". That there is worth it's weight in gold ! Thanks Joe................

Whoa man chill out, check your blood pressure or somethin. It may be crap to you, but I've got nothing to bitch or complain about. I never said Joe was a God send, he did help me out quite a bit. I've got a 3 1/2 yr old and a 1 1/2 yr old, 3600 sq ft. home on two acres, two trucks and my rig, so I know about taking care of a family and throwing money down the drain. I am sorry you feel the way you do, but I completely disagree with your stand point. I got all the interior cleaning pictures, flyers, and advertising. Maybe if Joe wasn't attacked, maybe he'd be more prompt to help you out. I could really give a $hit less about what other people think, all I know is I got what I paid for and I learned a lot of things spending 5 days with Joe. Joe never told me that you can use sodium hydroxide on everything, that should just be common sense anyways. If you remember the kitchen walk-thru at his class in Tampa, he specifically stated what you shouldn't clean with degreaser.
Hey, at least your getting a refund so you didn't throw your money down the drain, so now you can put in back in the new baby fund.
Again, I'm sorry you feel the way you do, and I if you ever want to come get some accounts for me, your more than welcome. Good luck with your new child, the second one is a whole new ball game.

In my case Joe was given every opportunity and ample time to correct and make good on complaints. Never even addressed the facts and I have no CD's. He wanted 10 day's to address stuff and then I get this bogus e-mail for a free seminar( I wanted half of the money back for an half ass seminar). He said he sent the cd's Sept 13 (took class 8/14 i think) I have nothing and no response or a tracking number to see if he sent them. John has had no communication from him. This guy is a real Crowder pleaser ?

Due to current action pending I will not comment any further, caveat
emptor.

I got the 3 cd's in the mail yesterday.

1 cd has contracts.

1 cd has a couple brochures.

1 cd has 500+ pictures.

Jim, don't worry about the CD; it only took a year or 2 for the post office to get Chris his CD from the seminar last year in Tampa or was that the year before? You will get it eventually

How is it that someone can come on here and pump up a guy that is plain as day screwing other contractors??? The fact that Joe has not even posted in this thread tells me all I need to know about Joe. I hope that his course is never again attended by the visitors of this board and I hope that NCE would not endorse someone who behaves like this. No course content delivered to the guys taking the class, someone driving the class attendee's around, getting thrown out of the hands on place, no answer back from the guy that gave the course ....... this has all the hallmarks of a FRAUD!!!!!!

There are contractors that train other contractors on this board. There have been many classes given at the RT's that are out there that you have had to pay for. I have yet to see a response like this from attendees at a class. This is sad, why won't Joe answer up on here??? The members of the board should get to see what he is about.
