Roof Cleaner Hurt In Tampa

My Son is out of the hospital! I came back from the Tampa Roundtable last night, and he was home! His Girl came to the hospital and got him when he was released. He is all bandaged up, and will have a really nasty scar from the surgery. Cultures revealed the infection he got from the Bird Bite was a common one Birds carry.

Time to call a lawyer!

I am not a sue happy person but this is a different situation completely, he needs to be made whole for his injuries.
We have never sued a customer ever, but this is different. We had a screen room cleaning appointment, and have a right to be protected from stuff like this. The Bird should have been put away. My Son's medical bills are in excess of 50,000.00, not including the surgeon, etc, etc.
His arm is locked up, and will require painful physical therapy. Plus, he looks like he was on the wrong end of a knife fight, or he got shanked in the joint.
His girl is nearly 8 months pregnant, and he did not need this chit. The poor Tampa Economy has crippled us, we did not need the loss of our only remaining roof cleaner. I did a tiny little roof yesterday before the roundtable, but I am crippled too. I have lost much of the use of my right arm from my recent heart attack. At the Tampa Roundtable, I got into the dunk tank, to help raise money for the make a wish foundation. Finally, I got sent into the water, and Larry had to literally pull me up and out of the tank. I have zero strength in my right arm.
I can still do small little roofs, and work the ground, but that's about it. I depend on my Boy to clean the big roofs.

Sad sad sad Chris! I am so sorry for the troubles, if it helps I believe in what the Lord says in the new testament

John 16:33 (New King James Version)

33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

[SUP]John 14:27[/SUP]Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

The world gives us things daily that come with a price or a time to repay. When God gives us a gift, it is just that. He does not require a repayment or a conditional gift that if we do not follow the guidelines He revokes it.

God speed on the recovery to your Son.

Thanks Nick :) My Cousin sent his ground man to fill in for a few weeks, until my son Jamie was able to work again. Jamie is back at work with me, out in that hot Sun. I swear Nick, I am getting too OLD for this stuff, but I still love it.
Michael Hinderliter of Delux/Delco came to visit us last week here in Tampa! Here are a few pictures of Michael and My Son Jamie, who can be seen back at work. I Love My Boy, but we are so much alike Nick, we sometimes clash. He so reminds me of myself, when I was 30 years old, Muscle from head to Toe, and a workaholic perfectionist. He drives me NUTS sometimes, up cleaning the roofs, I yell at him for "wasting chemical" as he goes over every little spot. We sometimes yell at each other! I tell him " Jamie, it looks good, the rain will do the rest, you are wasting money" he says " Dad, shut the F Up, it will cost us PLENTY if we have to come back"
I love my Son, but God forbid, he is so much like me.00012-MPEG-4 .jpg2.jpgJamie Cat.jpgjamie.jpg
