Al, you have not been following what has been happening on other boards. He specifically threatened my business. I think that this is a reaction to his threats.

It's not bashing someone that you don't like. It is esposing someone that is a representative of the PWNA, spreading his and their untruths. Lots of new contractors have come around since 2008. They need to be warned of the dangers of things that threaten to shut down this industry for the benefit of a few.
Al your right here, tell us how Gwinnett county's going. How many on that list of certified reclaim specialist the Pwna helped still in business? How many millions have you made Al?
Now Al as a Christian you claim you are how about the truth? Tell us how much money you spent in a mandatory reclaim county to eventually sell the unit.
Al I'm not picking on you, I'm only interested that myself an others do not get hurt like you.
People in Houston got hurt financially over a similar situation. Set the humility aside Al because you could do more for business people as proof this all is a line of bs.

I dont go on the boards anymore....one of the reasons I stopped coming on the boards is because if anyone disagreed with someone...they got pounded if they did not agree with the select few....
I could go on a tangent and blast everyone that I disagreed with And they are quite of few of ya here that I don't see eye to eye...but that is not why the board was intended for.
All I am saying is if someone does you wrong ...call them and settle it...this should not be the place for it.
And some might use this board for just that.

Hey Al there is one guy in here who's got a legitimate beef about things but the other guys in here if you look around the bb's they stock pile on Jim. You'll see the same guys doing this over and over.. Jim gets himself in trouble and then loses the ability to post and then they keep slamming him when he can't refute it.. It gets old. Also if you look hard enough you will see them slamming other things including bb's.. Just look a few post above this one.. You would think some of the positions these guys volunteer for they would know to refrain from that one.. It all gets old.

I believe this is exactly what this board is for. The problem is not necessarily with a pawn who just doesn't know that he is being used. When Jesus had issue with evil He did not just have a private conversation with them. Think about what the New Testament is.

If someone really cared as friend...they would have call and asked how I was doing. and even then I do not think a friend would ask about how much money I made or loss on a deal.
The questions that I have been asked this here recently have only been to boost egos to prove that they were correct.

What kind of double standard crap is that Al? Didn't you just preach to me about getting on the phone and calling if there was a problem? Where was my phone call? 3 years? And now you bring it up on a public forum?
I thought we were supposed to judge by fruits. Do the fruits of a Christian include perpetuating a falsehood then being too proud to admit they were wrong, even when it could save other contractors for falling for the same line of BS? If so, then yes, by those standards I guess that would make you a Christian.
You have an opportunity to bust the lie that has been sold to you and others about how much they are going to make with all this reclaim equipment. I used to have a lot of respect for you, Al, but you're not willing to discern the truth, you just want everyone to have flowers in their hair and sing happy songs all the time. I'm sorry, but I don't have any respect for that.
We are men here, leaders of our families and our industry. We can't play games with liars just to "get along". The men who have been trying to scare us into reclaim equipment all these years have done it based on lies and fear tactics. You, Al, have aided that. Man up and do the right thing and help some contractors here and quit thinking about yourself and your pride.

Hey Tony where is the lie?? How many guys do you know "had" to buy reclaim equipment to be considered compliant. Where does it say that? I bought a complete reclaiming setup with a franchise tag attached to it with the thought I was going to get jobs to go along with it?? Obviously that failed but I was never told this is the only way to clean..
Some how this is all getting blown out of proportion. Jim Gamble believes in Cleaning a certain way so he educates his customers on that.. It doesn't make it the only way and if you talk to Jim on the phone he is aware of that. He believes in selling his customers a certain type of cleaning and he believes people can get more if done his way and he also believes his customers are better taken care of...
So what's wrong with that if it works for some?
Where does it say that there is only one way to do the job at hand correctly??
And why is there now Evil in here?

One concern is how things happen off the forum or on another forum, they are taken out of context on here. Some guys turn out to look like bullies and idiots who really aren't. It takes a while to figure out who is who and what motivates each individual. This is unfortunate for some, because their potential customers could read posts out of context. Phone calls, Private messages, etc. are the best way to be taken out of context, especially when references are made to content of those conversations.
Personally I think it is more tasteful if you want to criticize a person it should be done in private. If you feel someone actually means to harm others or the community as a whole then it should be made known, but a lot of people mean well and just need a little guidance. Not public humiliation. I know there are times when I think I know what is best and later find I was wrong. I don't particularly care for someone to repeatedly point it out to myself along with heaven knows how many others. I welcome anyone to call me on the phone to tell me what an idiot I am, instead of saying it in front of the whole world. If you've never been an idiot, you won't understand this.

Nothing has changed. You are still perpetuating fraud on contractors as a sidekick and defender of Jim, and we are still fighting it tooth and nail. You are the one who had to sell their reclaim equipment. Which of us evidently needs to change their stance? You or me?
