I had only seen one Goose Neck rig before mine, and now it looks as though everyone who has larger rigs is going to them, even with two tanks!

Nigel you are right 10gpm@ 3000psi off of each machine.

lets see, its 4:25 am we have been working 2 straight weeks on the road, some of it does not work, (killed a machine and a surface cleaner) ...... hummmmmm ....... Looks like Nicks!:secret: A little dirty would be my best answer

Sounds like we need to start a new pressure washer brand one day. We could have an old fart like Scott to tune them for lasting 10 years :)bow-down:) and possibly have them work ignite without transformers, no pressure switches, the most innovative unloader that will never go out and have no belt assemblies. Then to top all that off we could call them MSAL'S, because they will be a ticking time bomb just like the Pressure Pro junk.

I'm Just Saying

O and also let John B become the spokesperson as to the longevity of the machine and how long it will run.

John did you ever get rid of that machine?

Rig Junior....

Here's mine (it's ok to laugh, everyone has to start somewhere right?)

This is the truck I had before getting into PW'ing. I outgrew it the day I started! No trailer due to HOA regs. 275 gal tank, skid, surface cleaner, and generator, plus all the little misc. things crammed in. Saving for a full size diesel long bed. May go with the same setup, but not much room. Any suggestions? The military truck would be cool (call it Dirt Soldiers PW'ing, LOL), but don't think the gas milage would be even close to practical. It sure would get attention though, and eventually be known for it.

Nigel you are right 10gpm@ 3000psi off of each machine.

I ran both machines for total flow of about 17 gpm the other day, but only for rinsing with a 1560 tip, no real pressure, I could not imagine the kick at the full 3600psi.

Some local pressure washers exclaim obscene language when they get behind our 8.5 gpm @ 3600, 1/2" hose and trapped pressure unloader for the first time. With the recoil one youngster got hit in the chest on his first go.

Henry B, runs 20gpms on some of his building washes, ....gpms sure does get the job done in a hurry.

That is a nice army truck!

If you wanted to, you could have the engine/transmission taken out and changed over to a modern diesel engine with a good transmission because that truck will more than hold the weight of a skid or two, tank reels, etc....

You could drive with the cover on but when you start working pull the cover off the burner. You could advertise some good stuff on the cover.

Unless you are trying to keep the truck original, then nevermind.

Sorry guys Ill post some pics after the trailer rebuild. Im upgrading all the hoses to
1 1/4" hose and adding a new spigott, adding a 5gpm cold water PW. (for the helper to rinse) 2 Chem tanks(1-35gal, 2-8gal)+ all the plumbing, a new hosereel, a new hudson valve, some welding to add another level over chem tanks to hold the reels,a ladder rack with some 3'x5'signs on side and a tailgate type of sign the width of the trailer.also adding a custom big guy holder over the tounge of the trailer.(It will be for an anti-theft device)and a 20" SC holder/security device on ladder rack. all this is on a 6' x 12' trailer. I like to have everything bolted/welded down. Oh yeah im also adding a small gen. and 4 lights that can go up about 10' over the trailer if needed.and a new toolbox. I hope I can have this done by sunday becuz i gots ta work. this will be my flatwork rig only. my fleet wash rig is setup already.samesize trailer but ill be fxin an old hot water skid. hope it still works.

How about this goose neck
Tom just a ballpark but how much would that set-up go for?? Also what size water tank is that(I'm assuming aprox 500 gal tank)?? Also what is the weight of this set-up without the tank filled and lastly how much can that gooseneck hold and can a 1000 gallon water tank be put on there??

You build nice set-ups and a friend of mine talks very highly about your equipment.

Thanks
