Super Rigs "2"

Here's mine (it's ok to laugh, everyone has to start somewhere right?)

This is the truck I had before getting into PW'ing. I outgrew it the day I started! No trailer due to HOA regs. 275 gal tank, skid, surface cleaner, and generator, plus all the little misc. things crammed in. Saving for a full size diesel long bed. May go with the same setup, but not much room. Any suggestions? The military truck would be cool (call it Dirt Soldiers PW'ing, LOL), but don't think the gas milage would be even close to practical. It sure would get attention though, and eventually be known for it.

that is a nice compact setup. Its similar to mine. I just got another older truck and put a flatbed on it today. I'm going to see what I can do with a flatbed setup now.

Tom just a ballpark but how much would that set-up go for?? Also what size water tank is that(I'm assuming aprox 500 gal tank)?? Also what is the weight of this set-up without the tank filled and lastly how much can that gooseneck hold and can a 1000 gallon water tank be put on there??

You build nice set-ups and a friend of mine talks very highly about your equipment.

Thanks

Yeah Tom whats the PWI pricing.

Thanks for you time/info today Tom D, it was helpful.

Sorry guys Ill post some pics after the trailer rebuild. Im upgrading all the hoses to
1 1/4" hose and adding a new spigott, adding a 5gpm cold water PW. (for the helper to rinse) 2 Chem tanks(1-35gal, 2-8gal)+ all the plumbing, a new hosereel, a new hudson valve, some welding to add another level over chem tanks to hold the reels,a ladder rack with some 3'x5'signs on side and a tailgate type of sign the width of the trailer.also adding a custom big guy holder over the tounge of the trailer.(It will be for an anti-theft device)and a 20" SC holder/security device on ladder rack. all this is on a 6' x 12' trailer. I like to have everything bolted/welded down. Oh yeah im also adding a small gen. and 4 lights that can go up about 10' over the trailer if needed.and a new toolbox. I hope I can have this done by sunday becuz i gots ta work. this will be my flatwork rig only. my fleet wash rig is setup already.samesize trailer but ill be fxin an old hot water skid. hope it still works.

Sound sweet!!

Looking forward to some shots Tony.

That is a nice looking trailer, good job with all the pvc plumbing.

I have never had a problem with the PVC. I have built and owned 20 trailers over the past 7 years, and all have been built with PVC, the biggest problem is walking around the trailer to fix something and breaking it that way.

The Flex non callasp is expensive but I like it for that reason. My guys would break them with shovels.

I guess the advantage I have is how compact it is. I actually fit in the drive thrus and other tight areas. Can't wait to get a larger truck though. My wife doesn't like the military truck idea. Sure would have a large payload!

I would beef up the axles and the frame prior to putting a 1000 gallon tank on that trailer. Often times I find its better to tie 2 525 gallon tanks together. I have built them with thousand gallon tanks. I have two out working in a winery in California. After using the large tank I find I prefer two small tanks. However we build what the customer wants as long as its safe. Price is relative to what you end up purchasing. This unit has diesel motors with diesel burners. They go for about 36,000.00. It delivers 10 gpm @ 3000 psi from each machine. I am not talking about your typical high volume no heat units. We can easily heat the water to 200 degrees. Each coil has over 400' of 3/4" pipe.

I know what you mean Tom D, high volume small heat, I tried to build my high volume unit with respectable heat on a smaller budget. opps!!

What is the fuel pressure and nozzle size and type on your MCS 3008 OK8G 27HP?

I looked at those coils Tom, they are the biggest I know of on the market on a complete unit (not talking hot box add on boiler).

A whopping 483' of 3/4" coil, sweet!!

How many BTU's can those burners produce and what is the height of that Burner flu sicking up?? Whould this set-up be low enough to fit into a parking garage?? Also what is the length of that gooseneck trailer and lastly can those powerwashers be purchased with 4000 psi pump and how much would that add to the price?? Am I mistaking that your saying the above trailer set-up can be had for $36000??
