When we give bids to centers we include the existing pressure washing they are getting.

Here is a recent one we just got, we sold it for double there previous budget.<O:p</O:p

WOW! Maybe their maintenance guy did it? Its hard to believe a company could do that. (I saw something similar at a certain mall in Tucson, could that be it?)
 
Bare Naked Concrete! I like it, but the greasers will never let us live it down getting it from them. Those pictures are going to be hard to top! Anyone else?
 
I don't think so Tom... I have worse. Just a victory makes me happy. One center at a time. I'm shooting for 100 this year myself, its a personal goal. I have allowed my staff to handle things for awhile now and getting back in the trenches feels good.
 
You know, I have quite a collection of poor wash results and have been thinking of including them with proposals as "here's a sign you chose the wrong pressure cleaning contractor".

Hey guys just wondering, when you target shopping centers, do you go after the PM just like as if you were going after a PM for a condo or apt. complex?
Or a GM of a resturant?
Pushing for demos and sending unsolicited bids and such?

Again, just wondering....
