Only problem with that one is it would take a lot of work to finish enclosing the trailer so you equipment doesn't get rained on and so you can winterize it. It would be a lot cheaper to by a fully enclosed trailer to begin with. I gues if that company could only afford cheap surface cleaners they couldn't afford to spec out a whole trailer.

Enclosed trailers limit where you can go. If my machine is sitting out in the open then I would make if fully open. This way it can squeeze in any location, like parking garages.

I know these guy's and they can build whatever you want. There in Ft Laurderdale and Dan is a real nice guy to deal with.

I am thinking that in hotter areas I would prefer the machine to be out like that. Air circulation is huge when you are washing and it is 120 outside, or even 105. That is a night temperature in these parts. I also think it would be easier to service the machine.

That's purty right there now.Where is the tank inside?I would think the machine should be inside and the tanks out, especially any chem tanks. It looks heavy as hell.

Bingo, notice the V is not intergrated into the trailer. Tounge heavy. Axles not set for balance. Somebody would buy this because it looks pretty and not realize it was built by someone clueless about building a trailer and how it pulls.

My name is Dan Swede I am with Industrial Cleaning Equipment & Supply and I designed and sold this trailer rig.

I had a lot to say about your uniformed comments, but I will be nice and stick to the facts.

1. The weight distributions is perfect, since you never seen inside the trailer I will explain it to you. We installed two 270 gallon water tanks a total 540 gallon (4,500 lbs) sitting sideways over the two 5,000 lb rated axles. Three 26 gallon chemical tanks mounted at the back doors (450 lbs) under the four hose reels (more weight). Chemical tanks are control from the side of the hot water pressure washer.

2. The Hydro-Tek SC30009KAF with a stainless steel frame upgrade.
25 HP Kohler engine, 660 Cat Pump, 2900 Watt on-board generator.
3000 PSI @ 9 GPM dual operator set-up.

3. Since this trailer is located in South Florida their an issue of heat. A air cooled engine normally runs at 350 degree F. having the unit enclosed in a trailer can cause the engine to overheat. We designed this for maximum engine and equipment life, by keeping the engine and burner system in the open.

4. This is a low profile trailer that will fit in a standard parking garage.

5. The tool box on the tongue is used to store a couple of gas cans and it is vented at the bottom.

6. The surface cleaner is our Blue Thunder designed for roof cleaning and pavers. This unit has a 1 year warranty on the sealed swivel assemble (no need to grease). Also it seals out paver sand from going up the weep hole on the bottom the cheaper swivels, 1" Dia. aluminum spray bar and aluminum handle.

What kind of equipment do you use?

That is a nice set up, I have seen ICES equipment before, and always good stuff, they have a nice shop and huge soap warehouse.

I have met the owner Al, super nice guy.

Doing business with them I think would be fair and decent. As is with anything, you just need to choose what you like, these guys build upper end equipment ready to roll.

my $.02
