What's up with Sunbrite?

I have not been on here for a while but I know this is where to go to get answers. I hesitate to bring this up but I need a change. What happened to the fine customer service I came to love at Sunbrite? My last 4 orders have been screwed up. One I started to get going at 8:AM to get something from Titan shipped next/day air. Sunbrite's sales staff was going to get Titan to drop ship it and would call me back to confirm. Well at 2m I called back to see what was happening? Nothing was happening with this order...they forgot! Ok, stuff happens but it was now too late to get me the stuff when I needed it so I told them to get going on the order and just ship ground.......10 days later I was still waiting (THE STUFF WAS IN STOCK AT TITAN). THEY FORGOT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO I WILL NOT NAME THE SALESWOMAN.
I got Pete on the phone and he got it going in good order.
Similiar mishaps on the next two orders and this last order of Ready Seal I placed 6 business days ago, no tracking as they promised and no idea what is going on.
In between all this mess I get an email from Pete about a past employer causing headaches (which is why I went from 25 employess to zero) and stealing customer info from their database.

I need a new Ready Seal supplier...most anything else I can get almost anywhere.....any suggestions??

Try Steve at www.thecleanernetwork.com their price is not as good as Sunbrite but they have Ready Seal also Powerwash.com .

yea or you can call Russ or Bob at Pressuretek. Those are the only 2 Ive never had problems with. Had the same problems with sunbrite. There are a few others, but i havent ordered from them

or you can call David at southern stain and seal, and get bakers instead of ready seal. its a good product. I have it on my deck

Hey Russ, for the longest time Ready Seal would only let Sunbrite be the supplier here In Georgia, they had too many complaints and now Georgia Chemical is also a dist. I was in there yesterday and it was floor to ceiling Ready Seal. Call Mark770_921_0397 and tell him Robert for Starbrite sent you I'm one of their biggest custs. and he'll hook you up. Great people to deal with

Thanks everyone. I will take your suggestions and make some calls. Bakers & A.C. are good products but I have over 100 decks with RS that I maintain every year including touchup and I love RS.
