I have not been on here for a while but I know this is where to go to get answers. I hesitate to bring this up but I need a change. What happened to the fine customer service I came to love at Sunbrite? My last 4 orders have been screwed up. One I started to get going at 8:AM to get something from Titan shipped next/day air. Sunbrite's sales staff was going to get Titan to drop ship it and would call me back to confirm. Well at 2m I called back to see what was happening? Nothing was happening with this order...they forgot! Ok, stuff happens but it was now too late to get me the stuff when I needed it so I told them to get going on the order and just ship ground.......10 days later I was still waiting (THE STUFF WAS IN STOCK AT TITAN). THEY FORGOT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got Pete on the phone and he got it going in good order.
Similiar mishaps on the next two orders and this last order of Ready Seal I placed 6 business days ago, no tracking as they promised and no idea what is going on.
In between all this mess I get an email from Pete about a past employer causing headaches (which is why I went from 25 employess to zero) and stealing customer info from their database.
I need a new Ready Seal supplier...most anything else I can get almost anywhere.....any suggestions??
