No stronger than 1:20 on painted surfaces, such as gutters. Up to straight on tough, unpainted jobs...most times 1:20 will do the job.

Hey Russ. Does that stuff mix with bleach? I see it has sodium metasilicate in it, I sometimes add that to my driveway mix. Just wondering if Butyl is bleach stable?

There are ingredients in BD20 that will kill bleach over a couple of hours. It's safe to mix, but mix what you're going to use, and no more.

We had a little left over from a residential smoke soot job last summer and decided to just add it to our hw mix for our last house. We definitely noticed a lack of power in our mix by the time we reached the next stop, plus a thick gel formed in the tank by the morning. Some of the ingredients must have also reacted with our normal hw detergent to form that thick gel. It was an unfortunate science project. Live and learn.

By the way, the BD20 worked perfectly for the smoke soot. I'd recommend it to anyone that runs into a soot job.
