EasyPro Property Services acquires Nieman's Landscaping

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: EasyPro Property Services is happy to announce their expansion to Cincinnati. "With the acquisition of Nieman's Landscaping and their 100+ client base, we are excited about providing our services to the Cincinnati market" says DJ Carroll, President of EasyPro. This will be EasyPro's second acquisition. Carroll also stated, "I look for EasyPro to grow into a regional business over the next 3 to 4 years, providing lots of jobs and becoming the "go-to" company in the tri-state area for curb appeal services. We will continue to look for quality companies with great clients to help expand our business." EasyPro has grown steadily since its formation in late 2008, receiving national attention by industry publications and organizations. DJ also expressed his concern to maintain their less than 2% call back rate through rigorous training and monthly safety meetings. You can find out more about them on their web site at www.easypropropertyservices.com

The press release is a great idea, and buying other companies can be very beneficial. I hope you had a non compete.
As for your qoute, you need to work on your phrasing, to appear more educated, in my opinion. It also needs to be less passive in the terminology.

Just what I consider constructive criticism. The bottom is the original, and the top is how I would phrase it in a more active way.

Good for you. So often many people decide that they can just trust someone, and take care of it themselves, trying to save short run dollars.

Hondo, you need to get a full signature in place per forum rules-including name and phone number.

How far is this from your existing operating? Will you run it out of your existing office or set up a satellite location?

it is around an hour away. We are located in carrollton ky 41008 zip but services cinci and louisville.

I wasn't going to service cinci with the lawn and landscape services just yet but with this opportunity i couldn't pass it up.
