Dan,
Long time no see. We've been getting a ton of work(roof cleaning and exterior soft washing) from up your way.
Before starting my business,five years ago, I commuted for 15 years to and from NYC. 99% of the commuters don't leave their kids home alone unless there is an adult in the house. There might have been isolated incidents, which everyone seems to remember, but as a rule the commuters are home on a daily basis. Just look at the bus lots in Marshalls Creek, Stroudsburg and Mt. Pocono at night. They're empty and the commuters are home.

Every parent has a right to decide what is best for his or her children. My choice has been a public school education, but that does not mean I have abdicated all educational responsibility to the public school system. We have made sure that as parents that the teachers know who we area, and that we are involved. We also make sure that we stay involved with what is being taught to our children, either thrugh supplemental education at home, or volunteering in the class rooms so that we can know what is going on. My wife has naturally taken on the majority of theses roles. It made sense since she was a stay at home mom for 22 years. She is no longer home all the time, because our lives have changed, but we are still actively involved.

Hey, Hank! Good to hear you're busy. I'm wanting to get into roof cleaning, but haven't yet.
I heard about some kids being left alone by a teacher in the East Stbg. school district. It may have been a very few, but she was repulsed by it.
Where did you say you were getting 12% SH? Somewhere in Tannersville?

Good for them sure beats kickball (oh yea they cant play that anymore i heard} my wifes nephew got his first rifle when he was i think 8?. they are big into hunting. her brother inlaw has like 30 firearms. I think everyone responsible enough should own one.
I think my son and daughter should own one. for personal protection for their families.
I personally cannot own one because of some past issues. I'm cool with that. Never handled them that much anyway.
What is your view on felons with fire arms?

We've been so busy with roof cleaning and soft washing that I sold my lawn care business(lock, stock and barrell) to focus on my new enterprise. When you're down in town and not working we can meet and discuss everything.

I feel once a person has payed there debt to society whether with time or fines.They should not be labeled for life.Once you get a felon or major misdemenor peoples lifes have been really impacted in a negative way.Also if you are charged with something and are found innocent or the charges were dissmissed they should not reflect on your criminal record as well.There are to many pople out of work and cant get jobs because of things way in there past.Obama let out over 12,0000 inmates out of federal prison because they were racially motivated he said.They were black and selling crack,the white man selling cocaine got less time he stated.Over 1/3 of these guys are back in prison for the same thing.This kinda backs up my reasoning for clearing the slate after prison.Your gonna either do right or wrong and the man in the mirror is in control.

Wonderful. I guess I forgot to stop in for inspection at the police station before we went out.
Is that the best you can come up with? You have to search the picture with a magnifying glass to determine the brand of the eye protection they are all wearing? Everyone of them has eye protection as if it's any of your business.
Is the hearing protection adequate?
Do you disapprove of the wardrobe?
What about the weapons? Are they practicing with the wrong ammunition?
When will you cops learn that our lives belong to US and we don't give a d#mn about what you think about it?
Get over it and get a life. If you spent as much time straightening out your steroid pumped fellow officers on their actions you wouldn't have so much time to get into everyone else's.
See what I mean Ron about these cops p*ssing on every thread I make.
What about these guys? Why don't you write in to the show and complain about them wearing the same RayBan's Shelly is wearing.

Hal, maybe there is hope after all.
Jefferson said "No Free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms."
Prior to the 60's convicts had their guns returned with all their other belongings upon release from prison in many states.
It is ludicrous to think that anyone who wants to harm others would have any trouble at all getting a gun to do it. And they could care less about laws.
However you have millions of people, especially in poor neighborhoods who, with the felon label, cannot legally get arms to protect themselves and their families.
Thankfully most states have fairly easy ways to get back gun rights, even Illinois, which has no expungement and even a pardon doesn't get gun rights back has a simple and fast method to get rights back as long as 20 years has passed since the conviction.
And if I remember correctly Alabama restores rights after only 5 years.
I believe the same about this as I do about the child molesters. If one is deemed safe enough to return to society, they set foot outside that gate as a free man. Period.
I don't believe in probation, or parole either. Period.
And I think REAL child molesters should be electrocuted. (Not some 20 year old with a 16 year old girlfriend).
That's my opinion.

Maybe as an ex-cop you'd be more willing to open up about abuses you've seen. Unless you, too live in that mysterious land of perfection that William and Michael live in.

Really i have seen much more coruption inside the court system than on the streets.Thats the full truth.I have seen the lawyers milk a client for all his money and when he gets a alot of time the lawyer says oh nothing i could do about that.Knowing the whole time what the lick was.Another is the amount of blacks in the system,this is troubling for example if the white man does the same crime and has money to get a decent lawyer he stays home and the black man with not the money the other has he goes down the river.Also many black men around here are being exonerated for being falsly accused of terrible crimes.There have been several here in last few years that have gotten out after long sentences,after dna cleared them.

I realize i shouldn't pick and choose and I know that being on the fence is ignorant of me. I dont WANT to believe that the goverment is taking over. I want to believe that we are a free society, but its just not true anymore. heres my problem, I am afraid, I am afraid that if i stand up for my rights,any of my rights whether is speech, religon or whatever, i will get railroaded and end up doing 10 years, please dony say it wont happen because we all know by evidence, it can and does happen every day. I think you can find an innocent person being freed by dna once a month nowadays. way to much corruption. If they were to really look into corrupt judge they would have to go through every trial the corrupt judge sat on. and they just do not want to do that so they sweep it under the rug and let the innocent man rot in jail till he dies. DISGUSTING.

I remember the harvard professor in boston arrested for breaking into his own home.If that was a white guy in a suit the police would have helped him get in. AGAIN just my opinion.
