NEW years Resolution early!!!!

Glad you've gotten healthier. I've been lifting weights and have gained 15 lbs since the New Year. If I could gain another 15-20 lbs I would be at my goal weight of 155-160.

I will post a photo of my FAT AZZ each week. Putting the pressure on this time around.

Wont post any nudes, but I'm serious about getting in shape. Not going to fight or anything but like to get down to 190

I just got below 300 after 8 weeks......mile stone today.

Anyone else to fat, feel free to put the pressure on yourself with me. I will randomly post progress here. This will keep reminding me of the goal.

Its not really about being Fat, its truly about living longer. I like my life a lot and want to make it. If I live as long as my parents I'm half way thru my life.

5 kids and want to see the grand kids graduate highschool.

So I have started hiking and biking. The biking is a bit dangerous so I ride in the desert so I dont hurt anyone. LOL

I have a park close by...

This is funny, I have belonged to a Gym for 8 years. I have never walked thru the door....LOL

I think I'm ready to workout now that I'm below 300...

Its actually been years since I have done any serious training.

I want to lift by summer 1500 in four combined lifts.

I'm trudging along. I'm waiting to post another pic till I'm as skinny as Thad so I can compete with that awesome avatar he was using while I was gone. :)

27 lbs to go. 212. Lost about 5 bowling balls. Slowing down a little now. I'm hoping to reach my goal by the end of July.

The word is Horizontally Challenged Ron. Fat is offensive these days. It's HORIZONTALLY CHALLENGED!
 
Ron if you needs some diet help please call,I have done a diet or 2 in my time.I struggle alot to my body loves food.I can diet when its time.I go from 310 down to 235 for competion.You do alot for this board anything i can do to help let me know.Keep going 000_0326.jpg
