How come I am happy I did not notice this thread.

My wife has decided I am on a diet, with her. She asked me today how much weight I had lost. She was not happy when I had lost more then her, without near the effort. I am working it, but I am not sure i am up to an hour a day work out, mainly because of time.
 
Tony I thought it was (BRING IT) - (Get it Done) means 1 more Cheese Burger :) . Nutrition is the Biggest thing to get the weight off, that means you can't cheat LOL. I see so many that think if they do a little on the Diet Part they will get in shape, drop weight & get Ripped and that does not work for 90% of the people out there. Freaks of Nature it does work for, but not many of them around.

Keep up the Good Work, it will happen and you have to put in the time for any thing good.

Plyometrics: oooooohhhhhh.

Shelly and both only made it halfway through this one. We're going to try to add ten more minutes next time.

We're in bad shape. It's a wonder we were able to conjure up the energy to produce a child.

Going to throw up again now.
 
LOL Tony throwing up is not part of the Diet Plan is it :joyful: Man I hope not. My DVDs will be here tomorrow and I will join in throwing up.

Tony, another trick people use is right before you eat something, take out your phone and snap a shot of it and post it somewhere, here, facebook, etc...holds you accountable to your portion sizes and what you're eating.

And yes, Plyometrics is a BITCH!!!

Just tried it and Shelly smacked me and told me to "GET THAT CAMERA OUT OF HERE!"

(Scott, you can't leave it open like that, I'm going to go for a punch line when the opportunity arises.)

Seriously I'm already accountable for everything I eat. Join fat secret and buddy up with me and help me out! I've got a friend in Austin, Tx that calls me everytime I have a drink just to give me crap. It shows up on his computer because we're linked. I input everything that I eat or drink in there except diet pop and black coffee (decaffeinated) mustard, splenda, spices and anything else that is zero calories.

Don't you love it that there's a guy on the video with a prosthetic leg that makes it look so easy! Thinking about that is what keeps me driving through it.

Tony you can't drink diet sodas. The sweetener will inhibit your weight loss and make you retain water. You can drink a little a day, like maybe a can, but thats it. It's also my big problem. I went from drinking 6-8 big gulps a day to 1 bottle.

I went to fat secret and looked you up and didn't find you. How do I do it?

That soda thing might make more of a difference now that I'm within 18 lbs of my goal, but it didn't seem to make a difference in losing 81 lbs in 6 months. I don't think I would have wanted to lose it much faster. I don't drink ANY sugar pop and try to drink Splenda sweetened pop when I can but I'm always drinking caffeine free diet pop.

I did go a year in 2004 drinking nothing but water and a little black coffee in the morning and yes, I did feel better and yes it was a lot healthier. But I don't think I can sacrifice the pop right now. It's too much to change at once. Maybe I'll try it in another six months. Besides, vodka isn't too good with water. :)

You shouldn't be drinking vodka either!! Lol. Maybe a little red wine but that's it!! Lol. I'll get on tom the site tomorrow and sign up.
 
Tony I just got this in the mail a few days ago and tried My first work out and it will Kick your B Hind when you mix it with the Abs... YIKES...... When you think your in good shape just add this in and Man it makes you feel weak all over again.

After a week and a half the abs part it getting better.

I'm up to about 230 of the 330 or so moves.

Now I'm in a stuck spot losing weight. It's a bad spot to be stuck in because I want to hit that 199 so bad I can't stand it. 3 lbs to go for that and 17 lbs to goal!
 
The abs are hard, but the Plyometrics is real hard. Man talk about BURN, my legs are sore as we speak.
The extra weight will drop off before you know it Tony just keep moving along and don't look for a week or so and I bet it is gone.

I still have to work up a Food Menu, I have not started it yet, but I have dropped 5 pounds just doing the things I always have. But I will sit down and make My menu here soon so I can get cut up.

I am not big on the typical routine workouts. My husband and I just signed up at a local gym. They have a great indoor pool that I can swim in every day. That has been great. When I trim some of the fat off I am going to hit the weights for toning. Maybe by Tampa I'll be bathing suit ready! lol

About two weeks in and the moves are getting easier, but it seems I've hit a wall with weight loss. We've had a LOT of work scheduled this week and it's tough to get keep it going but we are no matter what. For example, last night we couldn't do anything till about 8pm and then had to do both sets for an hour and 20. That was rough after a full day on the rooftops. Tonight we've got an hour starting in a little while. I sure do like it in the mornings better, but we've been starting work to early taking advantage of the day work before the summer heat hits us.
