Just curious who your preferred distributor for equipment, and parts is. please put a web address in, as well, if they have one...

!. For equipment, and some parts, I LOVE Delux, or Delco, or Rahsco, or whatever their name is this week. I can get a hold of Larry, shoot the bull for a bit, get some experienced, honest input, and get what ever I order in a timely manner. www.dcs1.com

2. If I know exactly what I need, I use Higher power supplies, because I can come home at 3 in the morning, and do an online order, and know exactly what the cost is going to be. www.higherpowersupplies.com

So, who are your favorites?

I love Chappell and Spraymart...

I like my local guys just as much, I use them when I need something.

I'm glad I keep my options open also, last week hydrolic press broke. We had around 30 hoses that needed fixed. If i always use a web co I would feel like a Jackazz going into them now and needing a favor.

I use Eric for his mobile fixing when My guys cant fix it, he is great!!
Please dont call me for Erics number I have turned him onto other mobile cleaners and now he wont even look at yah. Sorry Guys....other smucks screwed it up!!

Robert & Larry are Great People...

Pete & Nichole from Sunbrite are great Also

Russ, he is the best tech guy out there. Real and honest about his business. That goes along way, he helps guys even the ones that dont buy from him. ( Why ?) I suppose he just wants to help them.

Paul from E-spec is a great guy and knows his stuff also. (quality issues with Parts over the years have been the number one Complaint) Paul is a great person and is fair.

Russ Johnson
Russ Johnson

Plain and simple Russ is a great guy who is willing to help. I consider him a friend and only hope he does me.He has stepped up tp help me when I needed parts or advice on repairs more times than I can count.
Thank you Russ for all that you do,are doing and have done in the past.

Pressure Tek for parts and South Side Equpment for Service and Raw Chems

Both bob and Russ know their stuff. And they both are great guys that aren't afraid to work with each other. I can't tell you how many times I have bothered bob trying to fix something and in the end he ships me the parts and sends me to Louisville lol

Clean Quest out of Palm Coast.
They have a box truck with alot of parts and chemicals. So if I need it right away he can bring to me that day, they have many times let me use some of packing pump removal. Also showed me how to remove and repair my pw. He works from Jacksonville to Orlando, but has done some work in Tampa. Mike is a great guy and has sold me 2 Landa machines. Has help me do sales. Brian is the guy on the road who is trying to build up the business. He will do his best to beat out any price on machine or service.

Most of all he is honest, he tell you the way it is. I am trying to get him to go to Tampa RT as of right now he is not sure.

I try to throw Bob at Pressure Tek some online orders from time to time. He provides a good forum and I try to give him some of my business in support of that. They are always willing to help.

APCO Supply, Inc. in Lakeland, FL for just about everything that I do. Tony custom mixes chemicals, will help you out when he can, comes in early, stays late and generally can deliver the hands on support that is hard to get from online ordering. My business turned around in a big way when I found a good, honest, local supplier.

Dultmeier and e-spec. I just started ordering with Russ. I'm used to having an extensive web site and picking everything out with prices and putting in the order and filling out the form... With Russ you tell him what you need and it shows up - easy easy.

We're working on that, too...:moil:

Tom is my guy for anything I need pertaining to power washing chemicals.

Great down to Earth guy who has also been in the power washing contractor side of things for many years.

home depot, harbor freight.

LOL

Chemically I will rely on Flynn Distributores..current distributor of RPC's chemical arsenal.

Parts and such...Bob at PressureTek came thru for me on a coil...great x jet prices...Awesome guy to chat with when he's not busy.

in an urgency...Kleen-Rite is a stone's throw away and have my juice for car wash cleaning.

Funny experience with Paul, would/will shop with him in the future.

Russ-any luck on that I love KY sticker?...Someday hope to shop with him.

Scott Paul at the Sealer Store for my deck sealers.

Ron's Beer Depot for my picnics.

Customer service has become such a hot topic here lately. Sadly some things are going to happen, its how that supplier reacts that determines their trustworthiness to do what is right/just or simply whether or not they know how to run an efficient operation.
