Simple Cherry is a pain to mix for those of us with cold water. Doesn't seem to cover up the bleach smell either, but that could be because it's not mixing well enough. I have not found anything that leaves windows and gutters looking as good as the Simple Cherry/ F-13 mixture though. Helps fight oxidation on vinyl too, which is a selling point.

I never have a problem mixing simple cherry with cold water. Do it every morning. Use a paint paddle bit on a drill for about a minute and no problems. There might be the smallest amount of residue in the bottom of the soap tank but it has never been a problem for me.

Same here, takes about 1 minute to mix on site and it is ready to go, once in a while there is some residue in the bottom of the bucket but that is no big deal.

I have never used hot water to wash houses, only cold water.
