Fresh Wash from Powerwash.com

Yes and No, On houses like this, what I consider bad, it will take one application for the siding, and then I usually do a couple for the brick. Just a personal preference for me on brick. This was the first time I had used it down streaming with my machine and the HI/Lo tips and injector from Bob at Pressure Tek so there was a lot of playing around with the mix, injector, etc. It wasn't until after I had already applied some and tested that I thought to shoot a little video.

But yes and no to your question. Vinyl Siding, HArdie Plank, Smooth Surfaces take one application. Brick I will do two depending on the severity of the stains.

If you got some pointers though feel free to share, I am always "willing to learn"

Nice job, Doug! I never saw the green stuff climbing up windows like that. Looks like they need rain gutters... and quite a fence job too!

I used Fresh Wash today - I'm impressed!

I measured out 5oz to my 5 gallon pail of bleach/water mixture for SoftWashing. I was skeptical, 5oz is nothing. However, there was about the right amount of suds, and it seemed like the Fresh Wash did boost the bleach, although I'll need to use it more and play around with the bleach to water mixture to know for sure.

If you use 5 gallons of mix to downstream while cleaning a home, which is typical, and you use 5oz of Fresh Wash - a 5 gallon pail of Fresh Wash will yield 128 house washes.

So if you assume that after shipping you have 120 dollars invested in 5 gallons of Fresh Wash, that works out to about $0.93 per house. Sounds like a bargain to me.

I bought a pail after reading this a couple of months ago and I use it on all of my residential properties now. Im impressed with it. It rinses very well. What I like the most is not having to constantly reassure my customers that we will not harm any plants because of the overwhelming odor of SH

any more reviews on this stuff, how does it do on windows, how long does it stay good for once mixed.

thanks
dave

Doug Probably knows the answer, I Know a lot of guys like the stuff. I heard its Cheaper also, sorry Dave I'm not help on this residential stuff.

I started useing the lemon freash on a large condo project I'm doing and had to stop. I don't think it's the same as the freash wash. Seems to be thicker. It didn't rinse off the windows as good. Homeowner came chasing after me and told me my new soap sucks. This was the same homeowner as two years ago that biched about soap on his windows. I went back to Simple Cherry. All is well, No more bicthy homeowners with soap on there windows

I used it and liked it. I'll probably stock it for. 2013.

I think if you find a good product you should stick with it. Simple Cherry, Dawn, Roof Snot, Fresh Wash, whatever.

Personally we have only had 3 or 4 people ever say anything about bleach smell. Most equate the smell of bleach to a "Sense Of Clean"..... 99% like the bleach smell while 1% don't, no reason to change for me.

Yep I agree Guy, I have found that in the past the smell of the bleach was more of a "my problem" and not that of the customer. Since I quit using masking agents I find more and more customers say things like, "wow it even smells so clean", or even " I can sure smell the bleach"....doesn't bother them in the least.

Never had any trouble with fresh wash. I have used about 20 or 30 gallons so far and it works just fine. I had been using simple cherry and loved that too but it was always a pain to mix. Now roof snot world be my go to soap if Russ would add sent. Had great result on roofs with the snot but never really gave it much thought with house washes due to it not having a cover sent.

Simple Cherry is a pain to mix for those of us with cold water. Doesn't seem to cover up the bleach smell either, but that could be because it's not mixing well enough. I have not found anything that leaves windows and gutters looking as good as the Simple Cherry/ F-13 mixture though. Helps fight oxidation on vinyl too, which is a selling point.
